The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER 98), states that all equipment must be inspected to a safe standard and maintained in this condition for use by employees, ensuring their health and safety is not at risk. Machinery must be inspected at regular intervals and should be thoroughly examined on a six monthly basis. It is the employer's responsibility to ensure these regulations are met.

Routine (12 month rolling contract)

• Two visits, each including inspection, service and mandatory thorough examination
• Inclusive of all parts, labour and travel for planned maintenance
• On site advice for machine operatives with regards to daily inspection/operation

Comprehensive (12 month rolling contract)

• Two visits, each including inspection, service and mandatory thorough examination
• Inclusive of all parts, labour and travel for planned maintenance
• All parts, labour and travel for repairs outside of routine service
• Free breakdown cover, including all costs for travel and labour
• On site advice for machine operatives with regards to daily inspection/operation

Please note, costs arising out of repairs for damage and/or misuse are not included in either the Routine or Comprehensive maintenance contracts.
