For twelve months from the date of shipment or installation at the first user's premises (whichever is earlier), the manufacturer;
Provides the warranty for parts declared defective, based on its unquestionable judgment. Should the customer request an activity covered by the warranty;
Parts - he shall pay for the replacement item/s and shipment from the manufacturer. The alleged faulty item may then be requested for return to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer acknowledges that the parts are faulty as a result of a manufacturing, design or installation error, the parts shall be repaired and / or replaced and the customer shall be reimbursed by the manufacturer
Travel & Labour - incurred by the customer or his technical representatives as a result of a manufacturing, design or installation error the customer shall be reimbursed by the manufacturer
THE WARRANTY IS NOT GRANTED IN THE FOLLOWING INSTANCES:
- If alleged faulty parts were/have been tampered with.
- If any kind of unauthorised application was carried out which was not agreed upon in writing in advance with the manufacturer?
- If use of the machine does not conform to the characteristics for which it was made or with that indicated in the applicable user manual.
- Missing, incorrect, or incomplete serial number.
ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- The battery is properly connected for re-charge, according to the specifications of this manual and the electrical drawing.
- The purchased electrical materials will be covered by the warranty offered by the manufacturers.
NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY:
- The manufacturer must be notified of all claims covered by the warranty within 48 hours of the fault occurring, in writing or by fax/email (not only verbally) and as detailed as possible.
- The manufacturer will confirm, in writing or by fax/email, acknowledgement of the claim carried out by the customer and/or will provide technical assistance.
- Any defective items replaced by the customer (authorized by the manufacturer) must either be held 90 days so that the manufacturer can carry out inspection/verification or must be sent to the manufacturer (upon specific request).
- Under no circumstances will charges for repairs covered by the warranty be accepted unless authorized in writing by the manufacturer in advance.
- Photographs taken during the inspection/repair must be supplied with the claim, to help improve the quality, warranty, and safety of our machines.
The warranty does not foresee any indemnity or compensation for machine transport, replacement and/or loss of use i.e. consequential loss
